1. Combine all spices in a small bowl to create a rub.
2. Dry 2 racks of ribs with a paper towel and spread the rub on both sides.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
5. In a roasting pan, combine one cup of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of
apple cider vinegar.
6. Add ribs and cover tightly with foil.
7.Bake for 2½ hours.
8. Transfer ribs from pan to a platter.
9. Pour liquid from pan into saucepan and bring to a boil.
10. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
12. In a large bowl, combine liquid and 1 cup barbecue sauce.
13. Preheat grill to medium high and grill ribs 5 minutes on each side until browned or slightly charred.
13. Add ribs to bowl of barbecue sauce and toss to coat.
